These terms govern your use of JABRAT. Creating an account or posting means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the forum. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the Announcements board before taking effect.

You must be 18 or older. Registration requires a working email address, which we use only for verification codes and a one-time welcome message; posting is locked until it is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your handle. One account per person; ban evasion via new accounts is prohibited.

JABRAT hosts research discussion about peptides and related compounds. Nothing here is medical advice. Content is member-generated opinion and data, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or use any substance. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Discussion that crosses into facilitating illegal activity is removed and may lead to a ban.

You own what you post. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the forum. You warrant your posts don't infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the board rules; removals are logged publicly in the Mod Log.

• No harassment, doxxing, or threats.
• No spam, undisclosed advertising, or manipulation of trust scores and reviews.
• No malware, scraping of member data, or attempts to break authentication and rate limits.
• No content that is illegal where we host or where you post from.
• Vendor disputes belong in the Disputes board with evidence, not in every thread.

Moderators and admins may remove content, lock threads, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms. Every moderation action is logged in the open. Appeals go through the Site Feedback board.

Donations fund hosting and the community. They are voluntary, non-refundable, and buy no privilege, rank, or moderation immunity. Crypto donations are converted and settled by a third-party conversion service under their own terms; we never hold your wallet details. Ad purchases are subject to review and may be removed for policy violations without refund.

The forum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of member content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the forum, and our total liability is capped at the greater of $50 or the amount you donated in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (including under EU consumer law where it applies to you).

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile's edit panel; it locks immediately and is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period. Logging in during that window cancels the deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; serious violations may skip warnings. Sections 4, 8, and 9 survive termination.

For consumers in the EU/EEA or UK, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes go to the courts there. Your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
